
How are the companies found on LimoCrunch.com different than those in Yellow pages or online limousine directories?
The companies listed on LimoCrunch.com are local-- in most cases from the same city you live in. Moreover, LimoCrunch verifies the state transportation license and insurance before listing each company. While you may find many cheap services elsewhere, you may have a hard time finding if they are legitimate company.
When do I pay for the service?
You will pay directly to the company on the day of service. Almost all companies accept credit cards and cash.
Am I required to sign up?
No, but we highly recommend that you sign up so your information is saved for future trips. You will also be able to view your trip history for future reference.
I just made a transportation request. How do I know my reservation has been confirmed?
Once you make a reservation with a company of your choice, we send a SMS text message and email to that company. Once the company confirms the order you will notified by email. The company will also send a personalized message with your order summary.
How can I change or cancel my reservation?
You can only cancel or change reservations that have been confirmed by the company of your choice. To cancel or change, simply email or call the company. You can find the company's contact information in the confirmation email you received from LimoCrunch.
Can I reserve a limo for somebody else?
Yes. When making the reservation you will be asked for the passenger's name, email etc. Just provide the relevant information there . If you wish to send a copy of the reservation request to someone else, enter their email address as well.
What is included in the quoted price?
The quoted cost does not include driver gratuity and bridge toll (if applicable Golden Gate toll is $5.00 all other bay area bridge toll is $4.00). The standard gratuity is 15% of the quoted price for most companies.
What if I have a complaint?
Once your service date passes, we will send you a link to provide feedback for the company. If you have any complaint or concern, be sure to mention them there.
I just signed up with LimoCrunch. Why isn't my company showing up in search results?
This is because we haven't yet verified your insurance and state license information. It usually takes us up to 24 hours to verify the information you provide. Once verified, you will be notified via email. If it has been more than 2 days and your company is still not appearing in the search, please contact us
Is there any fee to sign up for an account?
There is no sign up fee. We only charge a percentage of the trip cost for reservations we send your way. Please refer to the price chart for more details.
How do I confirm my reservation?
When a customer makes a reservation request, you will receive an email and a SMS text message on the number you provided during sign up. To confirm the reservation, you can either reply 'yes' to the text message or you can follow the link in the email and confirm over the web.
How do you calculate the quote?
Once you sign up, you will have the opportunity to set up your per mile and hourly rates for each vehicle in your fleet. This has to be done only once. We calculate prices by calculating actual trip distances (for trips where distance is important) and multiplying them with your costs. To test your quotes, you will have access to a dynamic price calculator where you can test prices.
Can I set up special coupons or discounts?
Yes, you can set up discounts for the period of your choosing. These discounts will appear on your profile page as well on results when customers search for limousine service. You can set up percentage discounts or dollar value discounts.
